1) What's the difference between your frames and stretch canvas?
This unique collection of wall art features hand-drawn characters with bold colors and original graphic patterns. We create each Yoonkid print using a fine art giclée printing process. Artwork is now available on fine art paper as well as canvas. The fine art paper prints are offered in gallery style wood frames (black or white). Our water-resistant canvases are hand-stretched over heavy-duty frames and finished with an ecologically friendly coating that protects against sun and water damage. Each piece is signed by the artists.

2) When can I expect to get my order?
YoonKids are custom printed upon your order. Expect for frame orders to take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process and deliver. Our canvas prints are in limited supply and can take up to 6 to 8 weeks to process and deliver.

3) How do I customize my YoonKid?
It’s easy! Go to our online store and begin by selecting which product line you are interested in. Follow the subsequent directions for choosing color options. At any point in the process you can go back and edit your choices. Once you have completed your customization, you can proceed to check out or continue shopping for more.

4) What sizes of wall art do you carry?
We offer several sizes and formats. Click here to see a full price and size list. Think about displaying artwork in groups of 3 or 4. You can also mix and match different sizes to create an interesting collage. See gallery for display ideas.

5) Is there a discount if I buy a set?
Yes, we offer 10% off if you buy 4 or more of any of our wall art.

6) Will the colors I see on the website exactly match what I will get in my canvas print?
Colors vary per computer screen and browser. Our prints are as close as possible to what you see on your screen, but we cannot control what setting your computer screens are on, and so we cannot guarantee an exact match.

7) Will you be adding new activities for the boy and girl prints?
Yes, we will continue to add new designs. Feel free to send us your suggestions for a favorite activity at info@yoonkids.com.

8) What payment do you accept?
Our online store accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card information is encrypted during transit using our SSL certificate, provided by Thawte, a leader in internet security and authentication.
